Kornylak offer roller conveyors for product run out. Click to enlarge. Kornylak recommends using roller conveyors as a run out platform. The run out conveyor allows extra time for curing hardening and out-gassing before the board reaches the trim and cutoff saws. As the foam board or panel exits the pressure conveyor it is pushed along the rollers. Some systems place the trim saws along the roller conveyor before it enters the accelerating conveyor and cutoff saw.

Kornylak also recommends an accelerating roller conveyor after the cut off saw. Depending on available space, the roller conveyor could hold one or several lengths of product.
