Kornylak Offers A Board Feeder In Its Insulated Foam Board Sandwich Production Line

Kornylak offers the Board Feeder to load panels into the insulated foam board sandwich production line. Click on to enlarge. The Board Feeder picks up a panel off the Board Transfer Unit and places it onto the insulation production line. From there it is turned into insulated building panels, or foam board sandwiches.The Board Feeder is used on insulated building panel production lines. Click on to enlarge.




  Board Feeder Video

The Board Feeder uses pneumatics to create a vacuum to hold the panel and a pneumatic cylinder then lift the panel. At which point a shuttle moves the panels to the production line were it is released. The shuttle may be powered pneumatically or with electric motors.
