Board Transfer Unit For Ridged Skin, Insulated, Foam Core Panel Production Line
The Board Transfer Unit along with the Board Feeder are an integral part of Kornylak's Foamboarder® ridged skin, insulated, foam core panel production line. The Board Transfer Unit lifts and holds a stack of ridged panels for the Board Feeder unit, which moves the panel onto the panel production line.
When the Board Transfer Unit runs low a forklift truck replenishes its supply. The stack of panels is moved from the stack transfer table to the powered lift by conveyor. The power lift gently glides up after the Board Feeder unit removes each panel.
The Board Transfer Unit works with wood, metal or composite panels.
