Kornylak's Central Control Panel Allows For One Person Line Control

Kornylak's central control panel allows one person to control the entire building panel line. Click to enlarge. The central control console is a freestanding enclosure, which contains all power, control, logic, and indicator components. The unit allows all line monitoring from a single location. The operator easily views all system indicators. Separate, redundant local controls are provided at each sub system where appropriate.

  • On/off switches, pushbuttons, warning lights, interlocks and automatic feedback controls where applicable.
  • Speed, temperature, pressure, flow rate and level indicators, with controls and alarms where needed.
  • Oven or hot air systems controls.
  • Foamboarder® line speed control and indicator.
  • Chemical system controls, including flow indication and regulation.
  • An independent micro-controller for traverse function.
  • Wiring between sub systems will be pluggable cables where possible.
  • All motor starters, power components, and control relays, circuit breakers, fuses.
  • Some starters are mounted in a separate motor control enclosure ready to be plugged into customer furnished power.
