The Kornylak Corporation manufactures meter, mixing, and dispensing machines for the production of cellular plastics. Whether using urethane, isocyanurate, or phenolic for the production of foam insulation products, foam core panels, or building panels, Kornylak can build a machine to meet your needs. The Dispensing Machine is one piece of a full turnkey insulation production system from the Kornylak Corporation.
The three basic components of a Dispensing Machine are the control console, the pumping unit and the mixing head. The control console has a user-friendly design that regulates and displays temperature, pressure, and flow rates of the various chemicals. It also controls shot time, and the mixer head speed.
The precision of the pump drives maintains speed and ratio within 1% of the set point. In addition, a single master control simultaneously changes the speed of all pumps while maintaining the set ratio.
The dispensing head can be stationary, traverse or boom mounted. Chemical dispensing options include pouring and spraying using various nozzles. The mixer head is hydraulically driven and a selection of shear and turbulent style blades is available.
The Dispensing Machine features include: corrosion resistance for aggressive catalyst, compact design, service convenience, ample instrumentation, ratio and flow controls, reduced energy losses, wide range adjustability, system monitoring, and user-friendly controls. In addition, Kornylak can also provide day tanks for chemical storage and a traverse for continuous production foam core panels.
