Kornylak manufactures a flexible urethane foam bun line machine using a wide, flat bottom Armorbelt conveyor that has moving side walls, power adjustable for various bun widths giving this machine exceptional versatility.Features:
Adjustable Slope
The Foaming conveyor produces the highest quality foam without profit robbing layer separation. It also has a full adjustable bun width, angle of tilt, and conveyor speed. In addition to easy-to-clean, corrosion-resistant conveying surfaces, it is available in widths up to 12 feet, any length.
Fixed Slope
An economy unit incorporating many of the features found in the large "adjustable slope" model but with a fixed angle of tilt to meet your production requirements.
For Molded Foams
A conveyor that moves the mold under the foaming head at precisely controlled speed and then transfers the mold to storage line for curing.
For Rigid Foams
A tunnel conveyor that is ideal for the production of polyurethane and other rigid foams. Width or height may be fully adjustable.
