The Rebonder system makes possible the continuous production of carpet underlayment padding from scrap urethane foam. This "hands off" process produces a better quality cushion faster and more profitably than any other method. And it can operate on a multi-shift basis, endlessly turning out carpet pad to the exact thickness and density desired, with a minimal crew of workers.

In this system, scrap foam is shredded, mixed evenly with bonding agents, compressed, cured, rolled up and packaged ready for shipment - in an uninterrupted production process. The finished underlayment can be of foam only or with scrim bonded to one or both sides. Its quality is exceptional, the bonding tight and the thickness predictably uniform, with a pleasing distribution of the various colors of scrap foam.
