Insulation Building Panel Manufacturing Equipment With Many Skin Types

Foam-Core Insulation, Integral Skin Panel Insulation
The insulation building panel manufacturing equipment from Kornylak will fabricate insulated building panels, foam core insulation panels and skin panel insulation. With a uniform layer of foam on any substrate, these foam core insulation panels can be self-skinning using paper, plastic, foil, sheet metal, coated textiles and other materials, which can be fed from a roll. The foam core insulation panels can use rigid skins of butted sections of plywood, composition, cement board, gypsum, metal etc., or continuous roll-formed steel.

Each of these lines, though based on standard designs, incorporates special features to assure the highest productivity and product quality. Some of these differences are apparent in the seven process descriptions that follow.

Single Skin forms a uniform layer of foam on any substrate. Foam can be self-skinning. Single Skin

1 Flexible, 1 Rigid can be combined using rigid skins of butted sections of plywood, composition, cement board, gypsum, metal, etc., or continuous roll formed steel. 1 Flexible, 1 Rigid

Kornylak builds a machine capable of producing super wide panels of either flexible or rigid skin materials. Cutouts, such as door and window openings can be incorporated to produce a one-piece side of a home. Superwide
