Kornylak Manufactures Block Molder For Expanded Polystyrene Products

Control Console Kornylak manufactures Block Molder for expanded polystyrene products.
The Block Molder has a freestanding programmable control console that allows for automatic and manual control of most operations.

Automatic Extractor
Block Molder has an automatic block extractor and is recommended for block molds that are over 8 feet in length.

Waste Metering Station
Crushed expanded polystyrene waste can be mixed with the fresh pre-expanded material by means of a metering station shortly before it enters the block mold chamber. This ensures that the waste is optimally distributed within the expanded block.

Vacuum Pump With Condensation Tank
The cycle times are reduced by connecting a vacuum cooling device. This also reduces the residual moisture in the expanded block.

In Addition To The Above We Supply
Pre-expanders, fluid-bed dryers, silos and conveyors, sieve units, conti-blockmolds, hot-wire cutting units, crushing mills.
