Cartonflo was designed for use in live storage racks where cartons flow by gravity for rapid, efficient order filling. Cartonflo saves space, speeds up picking, helps reduce errors, protects products, and improves inventory control.
More efficient Carton Storage
Kornylak Cartonflo provides more efficient carton storage, because all cartons of a given item are stored in a single lane or row. As the front carton is removed, the rest of the cartons flow smoothly and freely by gravity down the Cartonflo rails.
Cartonflo also reduces by as much as 65% the amount of storage space needed. Rear loading of the racks permits simultaneous order picking and restocking without cross-traffic. The reduced congestion assures neater plant areas, increased efficiency and greater protection of the product.
Faster, Easier Order Filling
Flat bottom items such as cartons, packages, tote boxes, palletized materials, and others may be stored on Cartonflo rails. The compact 'one-of-each-time' front permits the order filler to pick up to 20 different items without moving a step. All items are easy to find, and most are easily picked with one hand. Cartonflo can increase picking speed by up to 400% with fewer errors.
Because Cartonflo is adjustable to accommodate any package size, style, or weight, and can be readily increased or decreased in size, or dismantled and relocated, you get the flexibility essential to meet changing requirements.
