Twistless Shaftless Live Roller
Twistless Shaftless (TS) conveyor, the "Leading Edge" in live roller conveyors, combines the benefits of Chain Driven Live Roller (CDLR) and Line Shaft (LS) type conveyor. The TS conveyor combines the high torque positive drive of CDLR with the multi-roller drive efficiency of LS. TS conveyors utilize a chain driven sprocket that substantially increases the torque of each drive roller. This positive drive force is transferred to one or more rollers in a multiplicity of patterns in a same plane alignment.

The power chain drive is contained within the top and bottom flange of the drive side frame. This frame is made from two 10 gage formed steel, pre-punched sections. The key to the unit's versatility lies in this frame configuration. Because the drive is compacted into the 5" side frame, the conveyor offers a low profile mounting. This is extremely advantageous when side loading at floor level. In addition, there is NO welding involved in the process of making our side frames. All parts are bolted together. Service as well as changes that may be needed in the field is quick and easy!

By eliminating the line shaft and the twisted belt drive, The TS conveyor offers an extended belt life. Belts are easily replaced at each roller with a minimum of effort. The molded belt is a one-piece construction, the only way to assure long belt life.
