Heating Equipment Cuts Curing Time On Foam Board Process
Kornylak offers to supply equipment for heating the Foamboarder® to maintain the chemical process temperature. A 1.6 million BTU gas or oil burners or equivalent steam or electric unit supplies hot air. The system will include a 40 to 1 turn down ratio complete with solenoid valves, blower, and motorized fuel control valve. The chemical process has a maximum temperature of 275 degrees F. The heater comes with a thermostatic range from 100 degrees F. to 350 degrees F.
The duct work for the heating equipment will vary with each system; however, you have a choice of insulated or non-insulated ductwork.
The heater is supplied with safety shut-off valves, venting valves, flame detectors, safety relay, air and gas pressure switches, blower interlocks, alarm, lights, motor driven purge timer, and control panel.
The customer will provide vent stack, wiring, and any plumbing as necessary.
