Using The Palletflo Quote Request Form

The Palletflo® quote request form helps the Kornylak Corporation prepare a quote to match your needs. The form is available in two formats: online and faxable. The online format allows you to email the information to us. The faxable form allows you to work on the quote at your own pace.

Please take the time to fill out all the applicable information, because we may have to contact you for missing information.

The number of bottom pallet boards and their thickness is important. We use this information to help determine the rail with to be used, i.e. single row or a double row of wheels. The maximum load weight is needed. This weight includes the pallet. We need the pallet size and the load height to figure out the lane and rack dimensions.

The working temperature range is quite important. The Palletflo wheels are designed to work in specific temperature ranges; for instance, if this quote is for a warehouse, then we would select the orange wheels. If it's for a cool room, then the blue wheels would be selected.

Please indicate the type of pallets you use. If your type is not shown then please print the fax back form and draw the pallet or email us pictures of the type of pallets used along with their dimensions and bottom board thickness.

The Kornylak Corporation will perform a test using your pallets and load at no charge or obligation to you. You may be present during testing or we can send you a video of the test.
