Kornylak One Of The Oldest Manufacturers Of Pressure Conveyors In The World
Kornylak Corporation is an engineering-oriented manufacturing company that builds: conveyors, horizontal, incline and vertical; machines that produce structural insulated panels (SIPs), insulated building panels, honey comb insulated panels; wheels for conveyors and robots that are omnidirectional and bidirectional; and material handling equipment.Kornylak Corporation occupies a 5-1/2 acre site situated in Hamilton, Ohio, on a major state highway and adjacent to the CXS rail line. A little over three acres of the plant is under roof. The main manufacturing building is slightly more than 100,000 square feet in size and contains approximately 85,000 feet of manufacturing space, 10,000 feet of storage space. 3,000 feet is devoted to engineering and office space but is built into two-stories to provide total engineering and office space of 6,000 feet.
In addition, a second two-floor building of 14,000 feet on each floor or 28,000 feet total space is available. One side of this building has a useable height of 12 feet under the beam. The other side is an open bay served by two cranes with 20 feet under each crane hook.
The Kornylak Corporation has a large machine shop with many different machine tools. Combine this with our experienced engineers and it allows the Kornylak Corporation to modify or build any piece of sophisticated manufacturing equipment a customer needs. These include fully automated insulation production lines, horizontal and vertical conveyors, 40K lift trucks, gravity controlled conveyor wheels and multidirectional robot wheels.
